It was a nice feeling to be at Udaipur, Rajasthan, one of the historical cities of India, in connection with the Seventh Annual P.G. Convention of Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry held on March 5, 6, and 7, 2010. The theme of the conference was "Paediatric Dentistry Scaling New Heights." Three pre-P.G. convention courses were conducted on March 5, 2010. The first one was on rotary endodontics demonstration in which 55 P.G. students deligates, the second one on endodontics posts and core hands on course in which 40 P. G. students deligates, and the third one was on interceptive expansion procedures in which 46 student delegates registered. There were approximately 370 registered delegates for the P.G. Convention, and the 13 guest lectures delivered by eminent dental faculty members were very useful to the P.G. students. The highlights of the convention were the Electronic Poster presentation and the Quiz competition which was won by Nellore Dental College. The historic woman's bill passed in the Rajya Sabha is the highlight of the year.
